HOW IT WORKS
The delicious batter is pumped to the machine that precisely pours it onto small hot grills, where it starts baking. A few short moments later, a fortune message printed on a slip of paper - fed from rolls containing thousands of fortunes - is laid onto the soft golden brown batter. Clamps close the cookies and formed the shape of fortune cookie. The cookies are then allowed to sit and cool before packed in a box or individually wrapped.
